Operating standard
A commitment becomes credible when its boundary is measurable.
NEUVIOR does not publish unaudited impact scores, invented carbon reductions or renewable energy claims as proof of current performance.
Each statement should identify the entity, activity, period, method and evidence it covers.

Set the organisational and operational boundary for the measurement.
Measure
Use a documented method and preserve the underlying records.
Report
Publish the result with its period, scope and limitations.

Feasibility work is evidence of investigation, not operating impact.
NEUVIOR retains a completed, bounded feasibility record in its research archive. It is not under active commercial development, and confidential technical and funding details are not restated on this website.
The record supports a research history. It does not support claims of active manufacturing, emissions reduction or commercial deployment.
