What the application is designed to do today.
Cookies are small files. Similar browser storage can retain information between page requests. This storage may be essential to security or functionality. It may also be used for analytics, personalisation or advertising when it is not essential.
A source review of this website application has not identified a dedicated advertising tracker or behavioural analytics integration. Hosting and security infrastructure may still use request data or strictly necessary mechanisms to deliver and protect the site.
The AI Ethics Now page offers an optional Spotify player. The player is not requested from Spotify until a visitor selects Load Spotify player. If loaded, Spotify may process technical data or place cookies under its own privacy and cookie terms.

New tracking requires disclosure and choice first.
Before introducing analytics, advertising, personalisation or similar technology that is not essential, NEUVIOR should identify the provider, purpose, data involved, duration, international transfer position and method for withdrawing consent.
Where consent is required, the control should offer a real choice before activation and make refusal as accessible as acceptance. A preference record should not be described as operational until it is implemented and tested.
Browser controls can also block or delete stored information, although doing so may affect functions that are strictly necessary for a service requested by the visitor.

NEUVIOR will review the public domain and source when hosting, security, analytics or embedded media changes. Any technology that is not essential will remain blocked until the required disclosure and choice are in place.
If a future scan or provider change identifies a different use of browser storage, this notice and any required preference control will be updated before that use is activated.
