Bring the way you think. Show us where it could matter.

The person who asks the sharper question. The pharmacist who sees why a process gets stuck. The engineer who makes a difficult system understandable. The researcher who stays interested when the first explanation fails.

NEUVIOR is being built around people who can connect their judgement with useful work. This careers centre is a place to introduce your interests and relevant experience. An expression of interest starts a possible conversation; it is different from applying for an advertised position.

Current opportunities, stated clearly.

No vacancies are advertised here at present. The current invitation is for non-confidential expressions of interest in future roles and potential specialist contributions. It does not indicate that a funded position, internship, placement or consultancy commission is available.

When a vacancy is advertised, its own description should state the work, essential criteria, location or working arrangement, pay information, application route and selection process. Those details belong to the actual opportunity. A programme's ambition or a future campus concept should not be read as a job offer or a promise of employment in a particular city.

Choose the kind of contribution you have in mind.

Employment interest concerns a potential role within the company. An independent specialist can instead describe a defined paid commission or service. An academic researcher can propose a research question and contribution through the collaboration route. These relationships need different scopes, responsibilities and terms.

Students and early-career applicants are welcome to describe relevant interests and experience without pretending to have a finished professional portfolio. We do not advertise an internship or placement merely because someone would like one. Any such opportunity would need a defined learning purpose, suitable supervision, funding and appropriate terms before it could be offered.

Tell us something we can understand and discuss.

A concise introduction can explain the programme that interests you, the kind of work you want to do and an example of your reasoning or contribution. That example might be a project, an analytical question, a practical improvement, a research method or work from another setting. Explain your own part and the constraints you worked within.

Public links are optional. Share only material you are entitled to disclose. A first introduction should not contain patient information, unpublished work belonging to another organisation, identity documents or private commercial material. You do not need to produce new work for NEUVIOR to explain what you could contribute.

A selection process should respect your time.

Where a genuine scope or vacancy develops, the next stage should have clear criteria and explain what information is needed. A relevant conversation or an existing example may be sufficient to explore the fit. Any further assessment should be proportionate to the role and its purpose.

We do not propose using an application exercise to obtain free commercial deliverables. If a substantive trial commission is considered, its scope, compensation and rights should be agreed before work starts. Acas's recruitment guidance (Acas, 2026) provides relevant context for fair recruitment and protecting applicant information.

Careers | A first introduction

Where could your
contribution matter?

No vacancies are advertised here at present. You can introduce your interests for a possible future conversation.

Tell us the work that interests you and an example of what you could bring. A public portfolio link is optional. You do not need to create new work for NEUVIOR to introduce yourself.

Keep the first message non-confidential. Please do not include patient information, identity documents, a diagnosis, private source code or material belonging to another organisation.

This form prepares an introduction on your device. It does not upload a CV, send an application, create an NDA or add you to a recruitment database.

For an organisational research proposal, you can also explore research collaboration.

A preference, not a selection criterion.

Describe a question, task or contribution and a relevant example. Keep it non-confidential.

Share only public material you have permission to disclose. No upload is requested.

Would an adjustment help a future conversation?

Describe a practical preference, such as a written agenda or more time to respond. You do not need to provide a diagnosis or detailed health history.

NEUVIOR Pharmaceuticals Ltd uses information you choose to email to assess and respond to your introduction. Read the privacy notice. Nothing is sent by this form.

Make the conversation accessible.

You can tell us how you would prefer to be addressed and whether an adjustment would help you participate in a particular recruitment conversation. An honorific is optional; a title is not a measure of your contribution. There is no need to disclose a diagnosis or detailed health history in an initial introduction.

Different routes into expertise can be relevant. The assessment should focus on the requirements of the actual work and the evidence an applicant can appropriately provide. Where a role needs a particular qualification, professional registration or right-to-work check, the published opportunity and subsequent process should explain that requirement clearly.

Agree the arrangement before the work.

An employment role, a student placement and an independent commission carry different responsibilities. Relevant pay, supervision, working arrangements, confidentiality and intellectual-property terms should be established for the actual engagement. An informal label does not determine an intern's rights; GOV.UK's internship guidance (GOV.UK, n.d.) explains that employment status matters.

A future-role enquiry does not create an NDA, employment contract or guarantee of a later role. If sensitive discussion becomes necessary, appropriate arrangements should be agreed before disclosure. Initial correspondence should stay non-confidential and proportionate to establishing whether a useful conversation is possible.

Start with an introduction, not a pitch for your whole life.

Tell us your area of interest, the relationship you are considering and a short example of what you could bring. You may include broad availability or a public portfolio link where useful. We can then assess whether there is a relevant current conversation or a more appropriate programme route.

The enquiry form prepares an email locally for you to review and choose whether to send. It does not upload an application or add you to an automated talent database. Information you choose to email is covered by the website privacy notice and the correspondence needed to respond.
