TS-1 Parties and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between NEUVIOR Pharmaceuticals Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (company number 14293067) with registered office at 3rd Floor, 207 Regent Street, London W1B 3HH, United Kingdom ("NEUVIOR", "we", "us" or "our") and the organisation or individual accessing or using the NEUVIOR website, PHARMORIS service, or any associated materials or outputs ("Customer", "you" or "your").
By accessing or using PHARMORIS, or by executing an Order Form or Statement of Work referencing these Terms, you confirm that: (i) you have the authority to bind your organisation to these Terms; (ii) you accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation; and (iii) your organisation will comply with all obligations set forth herein. If you do not have such authority or do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use any NEUVIOR services.
