The first three publications are NEUVIOR authored governance principles. The Innovation Conversion Ledger is a NEUVIOR reporting proposal. None is an NHS, regulatory, professional or consensus standard, and publication does not evidence approval, deployment, adoption, efficacy, outcomes or independently demonstrated performance.

FOUNDER STORY · VARUN SHARMA

Built from direct experience of how decisions shape lives.

Varun Sharma’s route into NEUVIOR began in his family’s corner shop in Glasgow. There he learned how trust, cash flow and daily decisions compound. That operating instinct developed into a focus on medicines, technology and the systems between evidence and action.

He founded NEUVIOR in 2025 to build a pharmaceutical company that can think across software, science, formulation and future manufacturing without confusing ambition with present capability.
