Frequently asked questions
Clear answers, bounded claims
A concise guide to NEUVIOR, PHARMORIS, current product status, evidence, governance and the difference between present capability and long term intent.
NEUVIOR
Company position
NEUVIOR is building from one focused pharmaceutical infrastructure product towards a larger long term company direction.
What is NEUVIOR?
A UK pharmaceutical infrastructure company building medicines technology and research capabilities.
What is the current commercial priority?
PHARMORIS is the immediate commercial product and company building focus.
Does NEUVIOR operate across the medicines value chain today?
No. Wider domains are strategic intent and require separate capability, licences and evidence.
PHARMORIS
Product status and boundaries
PHARMORIS is a configurable, human governed medicines operations system under controlled development.
Is PHARMORIS live in the NHS?
No NHS deployment or approval is claimed for PHARMORIS.
Does it make clinical decisions?
No. It does not prescribe, approve or replace professional and governance judgement.
Does the current scope use patient identifiable data?
No. Patient identifiable data and EPR write back are outside the current scope.
Is every customer given a separate product?
No. Customer needs should be handled through configuration, personas and source adapters.
Evidence and evaluation
What the public record can and cannot prove
Funding, registration and a representative demonstration each have a specific evidential role. None should be stretched into product adoption or outcome claims.
What does innovation funding prove?
Selection for defined project work within a stated scope and period.
Does a grant prove demand or deployment?
No. Demand, adoption, deployment and outcomes require separate evidence.
What does a demonstration show?
A representative, non live view of the intended product workflow.
NEUVIOR governance and reporting
Public principles and proposals, not transferred authority
NEUVIOR publishes three governance principles for recurring accountability gaps and one innovation conversion reporting proposal. They do not replace law, mandatory standards, professional duties or an organisation’s approved policies.
Can local adaptation override a binding requirement?
No. A permitted local adaptation should remain evidenced and accountable, but it cannot disapply a legal, regulatory, professional or mandatory requirement.
Does a prescribing service principle grant authority?
No. Professional prescribing authority and organisational service authority arise from the applicable legal, professional and operating arrangements.
Does the third party data principle certify security?
No. Publication is not certification, regulatory approval, independent assurance or proof of operating security performance.
Does the conversion ledger report NEUVIOR results?
No. It proposes measures for accountable programme owners; it does not report NEUVIOR adoption, procurement, regulatory or outcome results.
